Booking Form

The Booking Form does not commit you or Go Russia Limited to a trip in any way. Please note this is a request for a reservation of space and NOT a confirmation that your reservation has been accepted.

To make a booking you must send us a completed Booking Form and a deposit of 10% of the land-only tour price (minimum 100 GBP) either by cheque, bankers draft or bank transfer. You can send the Booking Form via our website or you can download it and post it to our office in London. 

The full payment is due 56 days prior to you trip. If your trip is booked less that 56 days from your trip, the full payment is required upon your booking. We welcome payments either by cheque or bankers draft or bank transfer. Payment can also be made online through our Paypal system.

To be able to participate in any of our trips you MUST be insured. Please see paragraph 15 of our Booking Conditions regarding insurance. You can buy suitable insurance protection on our website by clicking here.
