WHAT IS A RUSSIAN VISA:
A visa to the Russian Federation is a document, permitting stay in Russia for a specific period of time. Visa lists entry/exit dates, your name, passport details, and a purpose of travel. Every foreign citizen needs a Russian visa to enter / leave Russia, except nationals of some CIS countries. Please note, that your Russian visa is an exit permit just like it’s an entry permit: if you lose it or stay over your designated departure date, leaving the country could be more troublesome than entering it.

RUSSIAN BUSINESS VISA
Business visa is issued for travellers, who visit Russia on official or private business. Business visas are best for visitors who do not know their exact itineraries, want to stay in Russia longer than for 30 days or need to enter Russia on frequent occasions within a certain period of time.

Business visas to the Russian Federation may be issued with up to two entries and for up to 90 days. There are also multiple-entry business visas, valid for 6 or 12 months with unlimited entries/exits. While tourist visa cannot be extended, business visa extensions can be arranged through the organization which provided the invitation for the existing business visa.

Please also note that we also provide assistance to our client in obtaining regular tourist visas for Russia. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
1. Original passport, valid for at least 6 months

3. One passport-type photograph
4. Letter from your employer download sample 
5. Invitation from the Ministry of Interior (we will assist you with that)
6. Applicable fee

Your visa application form must be completed fully and with the utmost care. You must also ensure that your passport is correctly signed before sending it to us. Incorrect or unsigned visa applications and unsigned passports will be returned and you will be liable for any consequential delay or costs involved.

All passports must have one blank page for the Russian visa to be inserted and be valid for at least six months after the date of your return. If you do not already hold a passport or need to renew an existing one, you must allow at least six weeks to obtain one - at busy periods it can take longer than this, so please contact your local passport office before making your booking: www.passport.gov.uk.

Please note: You cannot obtain a visa from the Russian Consulate directly unless you have a voucher and a booking confirmation (visa support documents).

• Processing time does not include postage time for delivery of your passport. We will post your passport to you by Royal Mail 'Special Delivery', which guarantees next day delivery. If you want to order a courier delivery, please advise.
• You are responsible for disclosing all relevant information to us to be able to process your business invitation and / or visa (correct personal details, employment status, purpose of your travel to Russia, any visa rejections in the past, any violations of the Russian immigration laws, etc.).

RUSSIAN VISA - IMPORTANT
The visa application process is very straightforward. Please do not worry that your application will be unsuccessful (unless you have had any immigration issues with the Russian authorities in the past).

However, it is the Russian Embassy who authorises the entry clearance and Go Russia shall not be held responsible nor accept any liability for any actions of government authorities not issuing your visa for any reason whatsoever, nor shall we be held responsible for expense and/or delay arising from or in connection with (a) incomplete application forms or (b) incorrectly or falsely completed application forms or (c) inaccurate or incomplete supporting documentation or (d) rejected visa application form.
