This tourist base is situated on the Olkhon Island, 5 minutes away from the cape Burhan and the beautiful sandy beach. 

All houses are constructed of wood and heated with traditional stoves. There are rooms for 2-4 people, a separate room with bio toilet and a place to wash, bathhouse, summer shower on the territory and canteen. Some of the houses have a banya inside. 

There are 5 variants of accommodation: 

- room in a house with bio or compost toilet and washroom
- room in a house with a bio or compost toilet and washroom, and banya
- room in a house with a patio, and banya
- room on the second floor overlooking Baikal (place to wash next to your room, bio/compost toilet are shared with other rooms)
- traditional Mongolian yurt (ger) 

If there's no room in the houses you can stay with other home stays nearby - all houses are clean and comfortable. The toilets are usually outside.
