The hotel is situated in the historical centre of Samara and occupies the old building constructed in 1902, the monument of historical and cultural value, which had hosted the Metropol Hotel earlier. In 1912, after the reconstruction, the hotel assumed its more modern name. 

There are 75 comfortable rooms in the hotel equipped with a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone and fridge. 

The hotel has a cafe, bar, 24-hour room service, billiards, business centre, gym, sauna, hairdresser, beauty salon, guarded parking lot, souvenir shop, laundry and dry-cleaning, currency exchange office and there is a safe at the reception.
