This hotel is located within the business and historical centre of the city near the Volga River embankment. It occupies the old private residence first mentioned in the archival documents in 1871 as the manor house of landlady Kosheleva. 

There are 20 rooms in the hotel equipped with a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, air-conditioner and mini-bar.
