Opened in 1998 after total refurbishment, it preserves the special atmosphere of the old mansion. Its other building designed by Swedish specialists was constructed in 2000.

The standard single room consists of a bedroom furnished with comfortable bed, and a bathroom equipped with shower cabin, hairdryer and make-up mirror.

The double rooms feature all the standard amenities and come equipped with comfortable beds, sofas, bedside tables, convenient desks, arm-chairs and other furniture that is necessary for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms boast shower cabins and heated floors. The business suite consists of a bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom. The bathroom (suite) is equipped not only with WC and shower cabin, but also with Jacuzzi or Finnish sauna.
