Volgograd Hotel is situated in the cultural centre of Volgograd. The history of the hotel building dates back to the year 1890, when a rich merchant, Voronikhin, built a 3-storey hotel which was called "Stolichnye nomera" on the main square of the city. Tourist attractions include Memorial to the Heroes of the Stalingrad Battle on Mamaev Barrow, Stalingrad Battle Panorama-Museum, Drama Theatre and Museum of Local Lore. 

The hotel features 173 standard rooms, junior suites and suites. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, satellite TV, telephone and fridge.
