ITINERARY

Day 1. Arrival in St. Petersburg. Transfer to the hotel.

Day 2. After breakfast in the hotel, a bus tour around the city. A sightseeing bus tour around the city with stops at Church of Christ’s Resurrection (The Saviour of the Blood) and the Peter and Paul Fortress.

Day 3. Transfer to Petrodvorets. Best known for its glorious fountains and Summer Gardens, the palace is often compared to France's Versailles. Free time in the evening to explore the city on your own.

Day 4. A guided tour of the Hermitage magnificently located on the bank of the river Neva. Transfer to the airport for the flight back to the UK in the late afternoon. residence of the Russian Tsars. Magnificently located on the bank of the river Neva, this Baroque-style palace is perhaps the major attraction of St. Petersburg. Our guides were excellent and very informative, showing us the many sides of Russian history and culture. All the accomodation was spotless and the staff in all places were helpful and polite... Even our driver who picked us up at the train station and also brought us to the airport was lovely - and while he was driving us would also point out different sites and tell us little things about the areas we were driving through.
