Our 14-days tour will introduce you to the past and present of Mongolia - its history, culture and nature. During these unforgettable two weeks you will visit Ulan-Bator - the country’s rapidly developing capital, Erdene-Zuu - one of the largest monasteries in Mongolia and the first Buddhist monastery built in the country, the ruins of Karakorum - Genghis Khan's heart of the Mongolian Empire.
Besides the sightseeing objects of great historical value we will explore Terelj and Hustai Nuruu national parks with their breathtaking landscape views and wild life, Khongor sand dunes and the South Gobi. We will also visit the legendary “Flaming Cliffs” - the Gobi dinosaurs cemetery.
If you travel in July you will also experience the famous Naadam Festival and enjoy wrestling, archery and horse racing.

Day 2 - Terelj
Terelj National Park day trip – enjoy hiking, horse-riding, visit a Nomad family
Return back to the hotel in Ulan - Bator
Day 3 - Gobi
Drive to the Middle Gobi
Visit Baga Gazriin Chuluu Lake and the ruins of Sum Khukh Burd Temple
Overnight in a Mongolian ger

Drive to Tsagaan suvarga rock
