See what our clients say about this tour
We are very happy to have served thousands of happy customers who travelled with us.
I was impressed with the coordination, knowledge, and overall quality of the airport/train/hotel transfers. The tour guides knowledge of the area and attractions was also very impressive.
The transfer to and from the airport was exactly on time The guides were very knowledgeable and helpful and the itineraries well thought out. The hotel room, food and service were excellent.
The personal assistance given during the booking process was invaluable and resulted in my decision to book through the company. Each of the tour guides was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, able to answer any question threw at them, and each dealt well with situations that arose during the tours.
Enough free time to explore on our own. Having the guides available for any help we needed. All guides spoke English very well. The places we toured were fabulous. Way beyond our expectations. The help with the visa process.
Every little detail was catered for so that we felt safe and secure at all times that everything was taken care of. All the detail given before the trip was incredibly useful. Everything was on time and as planned. Guides were absolutely brilliant and their knowledge was amazing.
Tour guides in Kiev (Tanya) and St Petersburg (Tasha and Kate) were excellent. Also, Paul (the driver in Kiev) was excellent. He went out of his way to ensure we were on the correct train. Overall very happy with GO Russia's Organisation and Visa Application Process and I have already recommend to others wishing to travel to Russia.
Given that it was a short holiday it was essential to have a pick up from the airport and transport arranged to railway stations and a guide with good English to give us the most from our Russian tour. All the tickets to the sites were pre bought which kept queuing down for entry and the holiday went like clock work. It also gave us the flexibility to add on different tours and excursions. Good mix of free time to explore and to participate in organised events.
All transfers and pickups were done on time. The guides were very helpful when required.
What was so good about this trip and how Go Russia was different from other companies was that you use local guides only and there is no tour leader. This gave us a lot more free time to do what ever we wanted, eat where we wanted and yet still meet other travellers making use of the same local guide.
We really appreciated having our drivers help us to the actual train coach at the train stations. Since we don't speak any Russian, this was extremely helpful and reduced our stress considerably!! Also, our guide for 3 days in St Petersburg was Natasha and she was amazing!!
