I don't think I've ever dealt with a better organized or more efficient tour operator. At each phase we were met at exactly the time an place appointed. The accommodations were as advertised. The food was very good and mostly arranged to give us examples of local cuisine. The guides were helpful and flexible. You responded to all my questions quickly so there were no unpleasant surprises. Thank you very much for helping to make our trip as enjoyable as it was. Bill Schwarz
Many thanks for all your efforts in organising the Trans Mongolian holiday for me. Everything happened as planned and I reached home on Monday after a really excellent trip. Please pass on my appreciation to the guides in Beijing, Irkutsk, Moscow and especially the one in Ulan Bator who made the excursions and stopovers particularly memorable. Bill Grenalgh
All the transfers went smooth and the guides were very knowledgeable and professional. The hotels were very good. The best part of the trip was in Mongolia, our guide and driver were very nice, the family stay was a lifetime experience I will never forget. We felt very welcome and part of their daily lives. This is a great tour if you like me is independent traveller, as a woman I never felt in danger, I liked that a local guide was collecting me all the time, it gave me the opportunity to get more out of the culture, and the feel for the country. We had a super trip and everything went off well, there was always someone to meet us at the station and the tour guides were good, especially in Mongolia which was my favourite destination. So we really had a fascinating trip and really would not have changed much, thank you so much for all your assistance. Antje Maden
it was a brilliant trip; well balanced with organised and free time. The time in the Ger Camp in Mongolia was brilliant; I felt priveleged to have done all that we did in the short time we were there. The locations of the Moscow and Beijing hotels were great. Clare Finn
It was a fabulous holiday - the trip of a lifetime that we had hoped for. I'd dreamed of visiting Mongolia since I was a child and the experience far surpassed all our expectations. Riding the Mongol horses and camels with a native horseman singing at our sides is something we will never forget, as well as the hospitality and warm welcome received everywhere. Train to China - an experience! The bogey changing in the sheds at the border, followed by the surreal greeting at Erlian station, amused us greatly! We had a wonderful time and you've given us memories to cherish forever. Fiona
