Very impressed with the transfers. I was always meet on time in the right place every time. Also having someone wait with us to make sure we get on the right train and carriage was very useful indeed.
Alex Young I don't think I've ever dealt with a better organized or more efficient tour operator. At each phase we were met at exactly the time an place appointed. The accommodations were as advertised. The food was very good and mostly arranged to give us examples of local cuisine. The guides were helpful and flexible. You responded to all my questions quickly so there were no unpleasant surprises. Thank you very much for helping to make our trip as enjoyable as it was.

The hotels were all very central and of a good standard and the arrangements were near perfect with the journey running very smoothly. Helen Freegard Most of our guides were fantastic - in particular the Beijing and Yekaterinburg guys. The Beijing guide made several unscheduled stops on our request and really made us love the city. The whole trip was very well organized in terms of timings and transfers - it all ran incredibly smoothly.
Chris Bell Zivile, the train journey was all we expected it to be and more. We had a fabulous time on the full journey. We then spent a week in Beijing and are now in Malaysia (Penang) for another week. Oh Yes we did take Vodka on the train (actually two bottles) and drank the way the Russians would eating all the time unfortunately we could not get it in the fridge to keep it cold.
Tonny Mangan Our guides were excellent and very informative, showing us the many sides of Russian history and culture. All the accomodation was spotless and the staff in all places were helpful and polite... Even our driver who picked us up at the train station and also brought us to the airport was lovely - and while he was driving us would also point out different sites and tell us little things about the areas we were driving through.
Naomi Butler I have to say that the hotels were very good; the food good apart from what appears to be a pathological fear of vegetables; the trains well run and very punctual and our meetings and transfers perfectly satisfactory. At no time did we ever feel threatened. In fact the locals with whom we came in contact were always very pleasant. Many thanks to all of you for all the work involved in pulling this together.

It was a lifetimes ambition of mine to travel on the Trans-Sib, and thanks to my friend for getting us all together and organising the arrangements, and to yourself for your impute, I have now achieved that ambition. I am now able to bore my grandchildren, my family, and my drinking pals down the pub, with all sorts of tales about Russia and this mammoth train journey.

Jayne Bowers The guides were excellent throughout. They all spoke excellent English and were very helpful at making suggestions and answering questions. We were very impressed with the guide's knowledge of history and of their cities. We also liked most of the hotels and thought they were very well-chosen. We found the train to be very relaxing and it was a perfect way to enjoy the scenery in comfort and warmth when it was so cold outside.
