The trek starts from the picturesque Peschanaya bay, often called the “Siberian Riviera”, one of the best-known natural landmarks of Baikal and a popular recreation site. The route consists of two parts: the first section follows an old hunter's path in the densest Siberian forest, while the other one runs along the coastline of Lake Baikal – the oldest and deepest freshwater lake on our planet.
Arrival in Moscow. Transfer to the hotel and check-in.
Day 2
Sightseeing tour around Moscow. Transfer to the airport and depart to Irkutsk.
Day 3
Arrival in Irkutsk. Transfer to the hotel and check-in. Transfer to Lystwanka village. Overnight at guest house.
Day 4
Trekking off the beaten track in the beautiful surroundings of lake Baikal. The hiking distance today is about 18 km. Overnight in tents
Day 5
We will pass Bolshye Koty village and then continue along the coastline with only one challenging obstacle along the way – a steep rock, called Scripper. Overnight in tents.
Day 6
Trekking up to the old local village Bolshoi Goloustnoye. Transfer to Irkutsk. Overnight at a hotel.
Day 7
Early morning transfer to the airport. Depart to Moscow. Arrival in Moscow . Transfer from the local airport to the international airport for the flight back home.
