waterproof and a three season sleeping bag, rucksack at least 80 liters, waterproofs, windproof and warm clothes, hiking boots, trekking sandals, warm hat and gloves, swimming items, personal hygiene items and first aid kit, sunglasses, mosquito repellent, mosquito head net, sunscreen cream, torch

Porters can be hired but they should be arranged for ahead of time (cost of Ј25 per day)
