We invite you to join our Icebreaker Expedition to the North Pole and explore the most remote and distinctive part of our planet. Only a few have had the chance to get there since the Arctic North Pole has been conquered! A North Pole Voyage aboard the icebreaker takes place in the region with one of the harshest climates on Earth. This voyage is a real expedition - although without all the hardships of the first exploration journeys. The icebreaker "Yamal", which will be your comfortable hotel during the trip, will get you through the magnificent fields of hard pack ice. The wild grandeur of the endless ice landscape is fascinating and will stick in your memory forever.

Day 1 Arrival in Moscow. Transfer to the hotel.
Day 2 Sightseeing tour which covers the St. Basil's cathedral, Red Square, the Lenin Mausoleum and the “Sparrow Hills”. Flight to Murmansk. Arrival in Murmansk and transfer to the icebreaker "Yamal".
Day 3 The ship heads towards the Franz Josef Land archipelago. Introduction to the ship and the engine room. Learn about helicopter operations.
Day 4-5 Cross 80° North. Stop at Calm Bay to view Rubini Rock and its seabird colonies. Possible visit to the Cape Norway.
Day 6-7 Moving towards the Pole. Watch the movement of the ship from above on the board of a helicopter. Take a walk on the ice. Scientists, travellers and explorers deliver a series of interesting lectures.
Day 8 North Pole. Celebrate the achievement of 90° N on the bridge of the "Yamal".Picnic on the ice.
Day 9-11 Course due South. Ice reconnaissance flights and flight-seeing excursions.
Day 12-14 Barents Sea. Return to Murmansk. Flight to Moscow. Overnight in a 5*hotel.
Day 15 Flight home.
