Well done Go Russia! Everything went brilliantly on our recent holiday in Moscow. Hotel, transfers and tour guides couldn't have been better. We had great weather, great tours and we got to do everything we wanted to do..it was 100% satisfaction all the way. Maria, our tour guide, was extremely pleasant and made the tours a very enjoyable experience. The tour of the Central Museum of the Armed Forces was especially memorable because we were privileged to get personal attention from Tatiana of the museum staff, who gave us all the information she could. She was absolutely brilliant. Our free time was utilised to do and see everything we planned to do, from Gorky Park to Izmaylovo market! The anniversary celebrations of Victory Day were something we were really glad to be a part of and we were delighted to be in Victory Park to join in the experience. We got back last night a bit exhausted from all the walking, but both of us were delighted with a holiday that was one we'll remember for quite some time to come. Thank you again for all your help, we look forward to returning to Russia with Go Russia again soon.

Good morning, we have just returned, 3 days ago, from our journey on the Trans Siberian/ Trans Mongolian railway to Beijing. What a fantastic experience made all the better by your excellent organization and the wonderful guides we met - Sergei in Moscow, Ivan in Irkutsk, Tamir in Ulaan Bataar and 'Daniel' in Beijing. They were all well informed about their cities and countries, flexible in their approach to our requests and just good company. Please pass on our thanks to your partner organizations. There were absolutely no hitches at all. We were met on time and delivered to our trains on time. The various accommodations were very good and appropriate to the locations. All in all it was the most memorable time we have spent on a holiday - thank you. We shall certainly recommend GoRussia. With kind regards,

The guides were brilliant, and we would have struggled greatly had the guides not assisted us with the transfers. To have transfers to and from the train was the most valuable part of the trip!! It was all good but the guide Orgil and the tour in Mongolia to a Ger tent with the nomadic family was the most amazing experience. All the other guides and drivers were really excellent, very friendly and very good at their job, thank you. It was all very well organised, the hotels, staff, guides and tours all went very well and we were pleased with all that we saw. Diana in London was very helpful and so were all other people we spoke to in the London office, thank you. It was a big trip that cost alot of money and we were happy with everything. The train was as we expected and the Moscow and Hong Kong trains were lovely.

Just wanted to say that Johnny and I have returned from our amazing trip to Russia. Everything went without a hitch. Luba in Moscow and Natasha in St Petersburg were fantastic guides. Please give them a special thanks on our behalf. All our collections from airport, train station and hotels were exactly on time. The tours were great, the overnight train journey brilliant and while Moscow was great, we both fell in love with St. Petersburg. Anyway thank you for all your help. We had an excellent and very interesting visit, especially as the political situation was warming up whilst we were there. Thank you for your organisation and advice; all arrangements worked really well. You even managed to get BA to deliver us early both ways! We really wanted to let you know how impressed we were with Sergei, our guide in Moscow. He is a very gracious man and was prepared to go out of his way to ensure that we got the most from our visit.
