Moscow's Double-decker Bus Tours to Include River Cruises

The double-decker tour buses in Moscow will add a third route by June of this year? City Sightseeing Worldwide will also bring the total of double-deckers up to 15 and include river tours around the city.

The new route will take tourists from the central entrance of Gorky Park up to the top of Vorobyovy Gory (Swallow Hills) above the city to get a panoramic view of Moscow.

The "hop on, hop off" bus tours will cost 1,300 rubles (ca. £15, $26) and are valid for two days. All of the tours are equipped with "electronic guides" in several languages, including English, German, French and Chinese.

If you get tired of riding on the bus, you may board any of the 30 river vessels operated by Stolichnaya Sudokhodnaya Kompaniya and enjoy a different view of Moscow.

The first three City Sightseeing double-deckers appeared in Moscow in August 2012. The company was founded in 1999 in Seville (Spain) and was extended to London, and now hundreds give tours on six continents.
