Cruise travel season 2009 is opened in Kamchatka

Crystal Serenity with 800 passengers and more than 600 crew was the first cruise liner to enter the Avacha bay in 2009. According to the tourism administration of Kamchatka about 18 foreign cruise liners are expected in the region until October this year.

Sea cruising started in Kamchatka 16 year ago and since 1993 107 cruise liners with over 50 thousand passengers entered the Avacha Bay.
