British Airways Cabin Crew Strike

11.05.2010

Last update 11 May 2010, 14:30

We are disappointed that Unite, the trade union for British Airways (BA) cabin crew, has announced that it intends to take further strike action in May and in June. All BA flights are operating as normal at the moment.

In the event that cancellations are made due to strike action you will be able to:
  • Rebook onto another British Airways flight to the same destination within 355 days of the original date of travel
  • Rebook onto another British Airways flight to/from the nearest alternative
  • Rebook onto an agreed alternative airline, subject to availability
  • Cancel your booking and get a refund
All rebooking options will be subject to availability.

If you are booked to travel on any Heathrow flights between 18 May and 23 May with Britsh Airways they plan to announce their  flying schedule on Friday 14 May.

Please note unless your flight is actually cancelled by BA we cannot issue refunds. If your BA fight is operating as normal and you still wish to cancel your travel arrangements, cancellation charges will apply. Please refer to our Booking Conditions for more information.
