  • Guided tour to the Pushkin Museum in Moscow, which houses Russia’s second most important collection of European art. The strength of the collection is its Impressionist and Post-Impressionist paintings;
  • Visit to the large and interesting Izmailovo Park (Izmailovo) in Moscow. Izmailovo, which is named after the estate where Peter the Great grew up, nowadays mostly known for its art market. One of Moscow’s top tourist attractions, its stock ranges from matryoshka dolls to pre-war cameras, busts of Lenin, paintings, ceramics, etc. There is a stage-set medieval wooden palace just inside the entrance to the market and performing bears (11.am - 4pm). You can also find there traditional wooden houses and churches as well as authentic Russian souvenirs;
  • Visit to the Kolomenskoe park in Moscow. Kolomenskoe is a former old royal estate located on the bank of Moscow river, 10 km from the Kremlin. Though its legendary wooden palace no longer exists, the 15-17th century tsarist estate has preserved its original layout and unique architectural monuments, including the Church of the Ascension (1532). UNESCO has included this church in its World Heritage List. The park is open for the public (no entrance tickets are required) and is currently a huge park with options for sightseeing and entertainment (the sightseeing spots require tickets). Kolomenskoye hosts festivals celebrating traditions for all major holidays which can be enjoyed for free.
  • A short boat trip from down town along the Moskva – river to enjoy the riversides and bridges of Moscow. The boat’s route passed along with popular sightseeing routes, however from the board of the ship you will see historic sightseeing places in Moscow in a new perspective.
  • Visit to the Gorky Park, the largest amusement park in Russia. A wonderful landscape coincides with dozens of rides and attractions.
  • Visit to the Moscow zoo – the largest zoo in Russia which was founded in 1864. It covers an area of 20 hectares and is home to more than 1,000 species and 5,000 animals and birds in all.
  • Visit to the Museum of Modern Art which was opened based on the original collection of the former Academy of Arts Director Zurab Tsereteli. Today the museum boasts over 1,500 works of 20th century European art covering all the major schools; avant-garde, constructivism, futurism, cubism, realism etc and featuring works by many of this century's major Russian and European artists, including Chagall, Goncharova, Kandinsky, Malevich, Picasso, Shemiakin, Kustodiyev, Petrov-Vodkin, Popova and Konchalovsky amongst others. The museum features regular temporary exhibitions and, along with the new Tretyakov Gallery, is a must-see for all lovers of modern art.
  • Visit to the KGB Museum. The exposition contains more than two thousand exhibits. A great number of documents are devoted to the creation and development of Soviet Services. A number of stands comment on the events connected with mass repressions and violation of justice during Stalin’s era and scrupulous work for rehabilitation. A separate hall illustrates the security services’ activity during the World War II. In the fight against the military espionage services of Germany, Soviet Intelligence gained the upper hand. Much attention is paid to the technical means of Intelligence. You can also see weapons and spy equipment of spy groups which had been thrown on the territory of the USSR after the Great Patriotic War.

  • Night city tour– “white nights of St. Petersburg.” In June-July it never gets dark at night, so you can enjoy the mysterious night time atmosphere of this marvellous city;
  • Guided tour to the Russian Museum in St. Petersburg. The Russian Museum has the largest collection of Russian art in the world, ranging from ancient icons to modern paintings;
  • Boat cruise along the rivers and canals of St. Petersburg. Saint Petersburg is known as the City of Bridges. Unsurprisingly so, because the city is situated on more than 101 islands. “The Venice of the North” boasts over 500 bridges ranging from the very narrow pedestrian Lions and Bank chain bridges to the giant drawbridges, which span the wide river Neva,
  • Visit to the Yusupov Palace in St. Petersburg. Yusupov Palace once belonging to princes Yusupovs noble family is one of the most beautiful palaces in St. Petersburg. The palace retains its genuine interiors of the 19th beginning of the 20th century. Motives of various styles have been used in the decoration of the halls and chambers. The influence of the art of different countries and epochs can be traced in the Turkish study, Oaken dining-room, Musical chambers and the chamber of Henry II. The real germ of the palace is the exotic Moresque chamber. The luxurious decorations of the interiors just dazzle: murals, carvings, marble, mirrors, gilded chandelier, expensive silk clothes and refined furniture. The palace is worth visiting not only as one of the best architectural monument of the palace architecture of the 19th beginning of the 20th century, but also from the historical point of view. The cellar of the palace became the setting of the murder of one of the most scandalous figures in Russian history Grigory Rasputin. The legendary favourite of the wife of Emperor Nicolas II, Rasputin convinced the royal family that he possessed supernatural powers and that only he could cure the heir to the throne Alexis, who suffered from haemophilia. Rasputin had strong influence on the tsar and tsarina, as well as their decisions and politics. Nowadays the cellar where the dramatic events took place houses the exhibition Grigory Rasputin: pages of life and death. The visitors can see the wax figures of Rasputin and plotters, as well as other interesting exhibits.
  • Visit to a Ballet, Opera, Circus or City Music Hall performance both in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
  • Trip to a real Russian village outside of St. Petersburg! You will visit the Shuvalovka hotel and entertainment complex which presents the traditional style of the old Russian villages. During the half-an-hour sightseeing tour you will learn about architectural features of the old Russian wooden architecture and see the Blacksmith’s and Potter’s Workshops, Church and Windmill. After the sightseeing tour you will visit the Vodka theatre where you can try different sorts of “ratafia”. It’s a spicy vodka drawn on various berries and herbs by Old Russian recipes. Tasting is accompanied with folklore performance and traditional toasts proposing. Optional master classes on traditional Russian crafts (looming, wood-painting, forging, etc).   • Visit to the Folk Show “Feel yourself Russian”
    The mysterious Russian soul… You can travel all way through Russia and still not understand what it’s all about – why this country between Europe and Asia is still not understood either by either East or West. But visit the folk show at Nikolaevsky Palace and you’ll probably find some clues! These are Russian artists who want to preserve the traditional folk art of all the different parts of Russia – from energetic Cossack dances to mellow songs from the north of the country and the lively sounds of the balalaika,the traditional Russian instrument.
