IMPORTANT INFORMATION Schengen States, Estonian and Israeli passports' holders should submit a copy of their health insurance certificate valid in Russia for all period of the trip. Citizens of the following countries cannot apply for the a Russian visa unless they have a residence permit in the UK, a work permit valid for more than 90 days or a long-term student visa: Austria, Albania, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Venezuela, Greece, Denmark, Egypt, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxemburg, Macedonia, Mali, Mexico, New Zeeland, Norway, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Korea, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Slovenia, Sierra-Leone, Finland, Germany, Croatia, Switzerland, Estonia, South Africa, Japan. French passports' holders should also enclose copies of their bank statement for the last three months, travel insurance valid in Russia and a copy of their return tickets. Visa processing for Canada citizens will take 15 working days.
