All British citizens travelling to Russia require a visa issued by the Russian consular department to obtain entry. Have no fear, we are here! If you book a “Go Russia” tour directly with us or through your travel agent and are in the UK, we’ll obtain the necessary visas on behalf of those travelling on our Group Package Tours as well as for tailor-made travel arrangements.
We also provide visa only arrangements as well as business visa services.

TOURIST VISA 
(maximum validity 30 days, a tourist visa is best when you know exactly where and how long you will be staying without diverting from your planned itinerary)
BUSINESS VISA 
(maximum validity up to 12 months, a business visa is best for visitors who do not know their exact itineraries, want to stay in Russia longer than for 30 days or need to enter Russia on frequent occasions within a certain period of time)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS DEPENDING ON NATIONALITY
- Non-British EU citizens must provide a letter from their employer confirming 3 recent months employment, proof of address in the UK (one recent utility bill is enough), insurance policy (except for Polish citizens) valid in Russia for the duration of the journey. If you do not have a letter from your employer you must provide copies of your bank statements for the last three months showing positive balance based on £100 per person per day of stay in Russia
- French citizens should additionally enclose copies of their bank statements for the last three months, and a copy of their return tickets, along with a letter from their company / organization.
- Australia, Canada citizens cannot apply for the next day visa unless they have a residence permit or long term work or student visa in the UK. The visa processing time for these citizens will take 14 working days under normal circumstances.
- USA citizens must have a valid residence permit in the UK to apply for the visa.
- Travelling with children under 16 years (all passport holders). You must provide your child’s full birth certificate and if travelling with one parent only, a letter from the other parent giving consent for the child to travel to Russia.
