The guides in both locations were extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. Both spoke very good English. The smaller group size for the tour made it more manageable and pleasant. The choice of attractions was very good. The only negative was the often long periods between drink and meal breaks. Some information in advance regarding the need to bring food and drink with you would have been very helpful. Trans Siberian and Mongolia and China

What a holiday we had! It was everything we expected and more. The Trans Siberian from Moscow to Irkutsk was a unique 5 day train journey. Mongolia was magnificent. Beijing was plain bonkers!<br /> Go Russia were superb throughout, From pre-booking (when the trip was designed) to booking, to sorting out the 3 visas that we needed, to keeping us informed throughout, to providing all the documents on the website and via email and giving us so much guidance and helpful tips. <br /> The arrangements went like clockwork. One train journey was cancelled but it wasn't Go Russia's fault at all. The way they dealt with it was beyond brilliant. <br /> The guides were all excellent and knowledgeable and spoke beautiful english. The tours were fascinating. We saw so much but it was never overwhelming.<br /> The transfers from place to place were faultless,<br /> We had to use the Go Russia 24 hour helpline (while in Irkutsk) and the person we dealt with was so polite and helpful.<br /> Julia at Go Russia was our contact.
