If you are transiting through China, seize the opportunity to enhance your holiday with a brief stopover in the Chinese capital on your way to your final destination. The process is simple: no entry visa is required, and we will handle all aspects, including airport transfers, accommodation, and a guided program. This exclusive tour is designed for transit passengers arriving and departing from Beijing Airport while traveling through China. In other words, your country of arrival should differ from your destination country (for example, arriving in Beijing from the UK and departing to Japan). It's a delightful way to experience a taste of China in the midst of your journey!

Day 1
Transfer from the airport to the hotel
Hutong Neighbourhood by Rickshaw Guided Tour
Upon your arrival at the airport, our driver will be waiting for you in the arrival sector. You will then be transferred to the hotel. In the afternoon, immerse yourself in the charm of old Beijing as we explore a 'Hutong' neighborhood near Shichahai Lake. Navigate the narrow streets with a guided rickshaw ride, offering a retreat from the swift development of the Chinese capital. While many hutongs are giving way to new roads and skyscrapers, certain areas are preserved under a 'special status' to safeguard Beijing's cultural heritage. (D)
Day 2
Guided Tour of Tiananmen Square
Guided Tour of the Forbidden City and Imperial Palace
Summer Palace Guided Tour
Roast Duck Dinner
Our exploration begins in central Beijing at Tiananmen Square, the fourth largest city square globally, spanning 440,000 square meters. Adjacent to the Forbidden City, this square witnessed the proclamation of the People's Republic of China by Mao Zedong in 1949. Following this, a guided tour awaits you in the Forbidden City and Imperial Palace, recognized by UNESCO as the most extensive collection of preserved ancient wooden structures in the world. In the afternoon, a visit to the exquisite Summer Palace unfolds, allowing you to appreciate the art of Chinese landscape garden design amidst lakes and hills. The day concludes with the indulgence of a traditional roast duck dinner. (B,L,D)
Day 3
Guided Tour of the Badaling Great Wall
Visit to the Olympic Green
Transfer from the hotel to the airport
Today is dedicated to the exploration of the Great Wall of China, undoubtedly the most renowned tourist attraction in the country. Originally constructed from the 7th century BC onward as a defensive measure against nomadic invaders, the Great Wall has evolved into one of the world's wonders. Our journey takes us 44 miles north of Beijing to the Badaling section, recognized as the best-preserved segment, dating back to the 16th century. Following this historical excursion, we will visit the Olympic Green and Park, erected in Beijing for the 2008 Summer Olympics. Later, our driver will transfer you to the airport for your onward flight. (B,L)
