We guarantee total financial protection for the money you pay to us for your holiday. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, we expect our clients to travel as planned. Our trustees shall be liaising with suppliers to ensure that your holiday goes ahead unaffected. If for any reason this is not possible, they will be administering a claim for a refund of money that you had paid to us. Please see below for claims procedure.
All monies paid to us by customers for their travel packages are held in the United Kingdom by a trustee in a separate bank account for the consumer until you returned from your trip with Go Russia and the contract has been fully performed. These arrangements are only valid for passengers who book and pay directly with / to Go Russia. If you have booked and / or paid directly to a travel agent for a holiday with Go Russia, please request proof of how the booking is secured.
There is no requirement for financial protection of day trips, and none is provided.
If you have booked a flight-inclusive package starting from the UK, you will be covered by ATOL
, otherwise your money will be protected by this scheme.
Once you make payment for your holiday you will be emailed a payment receipt together with your financial protection confirmation issued by our trustees. The certificate will display your reservation details as well as contact information of our trustees.
In order to deal promptly with any claim hereunder, it is essential that you retain all bills, receipts and other documents relating to your travel arrangements. Claims must be submitted within six months of date of insolvency. Our trustees cannot consider or pay claims received after this date.
