We are very happy to have served thousands of happy customers who travelled with us.
All tour guides were excellent, very knowledgable and friendly.
Especially good were the guides: Nadia (St Petersburg) Kate (Hermitage) Laura (Irkutsk) and Maria (Vladivostok) Olga (Yekaterinburg) was outstanding. All transfers between Trains and Hotels were as the itinerary and we were met exactly as arranged. \the drivers were all very helpful. We had been concerned as to whether we would manage on the trains without a guide - and with no Russian language - but everything was absolutely fine and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The meal provided in the Taltsy museum was a lovely surprise and very tasty.
Julia was excellent to work with. We had several changes we wanted to make to our itinerary and she handled each with patience and quick response time. All of the hotels chosen were great with a nice restaurant and grocery close to each which made them very convenient. All of the instructions were clear and concise and all the transfers and guides were very prompt, friendly and informative.
The guides were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. People very friendly and the tours well organised and informative.
Very well organised, excellent guides. Reliable planning.
1) help getting a Russian Visa ( difficult embassy in Vietnam!) 2) appreciated the transfers with our early arrival and extended departure. 3) Punctuality of transfers and guides. 4) Good guides, especially Olga ( Yekatarinaburg) , Natasha ( St Pietersburg 5) help with extra tour and ballet tickets at short notice. Quick service 6) excellent, clear website for billing and instructions. 7) excellent hotels and great central locations to make self touring easy in the cities. Not one problem before or during the tour.
All the Go Russia hired people were responsible and competent. The guides had good information and presented it well; they were also helpful with our personal needs.
This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Would I undertake the trip again? In a heartbeat! The support from London was great and the organisation on-route excellent. The guides were all good and several were outstanding and really catered for our needs. Thank you to the staff of Just Go Russia - loved it!
