We are very happy to have served thousands of happy customers who travelled with us.
Very impressed by the guides and itinerary
Thank you and GoRussia so much for making our trip as full and enjoyable as possible given the developing Coronavirus situation. Everything was perfect in Moscow but once we got to St. Petersburg the situation started changing rapidly. Natasha was very helpful and knowledgeable – helping us to make the most of our time in the city even though museums were unfortunately mostly shut. The hotels and guides were perfect in both cities, we especially enjoyed the snow in Moscow, which we understand has been in short supply this year!
The whole tour went as planned and exceeded our expectations. The process of making the arrangements, the alternatives to the standard tour we wanted (hotel and itinerary) and the visa application was made easy for us. Special praise for the guides, Marina in Moscow and Natasha is St P who were excellent and very knowledgeable.
The entire holiday was excellent. The organisation of the whole experience was excellent.
The transfer to and from the airport was exactly on time The guides were very knowledgeable and helpful and the itineraries well thought out. The hotel room, food and service were excellent.
It was great to be able to add extra days and yet still have transfers. All our guides were excellent.
We had a really lovely time in Russia. The Tour guides were excellent especially Elena in Moscow and Helen in St Petersburg. We did not know what to expect but Moscow was amazing and St Petersburg was wonderful. The Go Russia guides were very helpful from the time we arrived at the Airport until we left. The guide in Moscow was very good and waited until we got on to the correct carriage on the Midnight Express which was very helpful. We cannot praise Go Russia enough and will recommend to our friends.
This trip to Russia has been an excellent introduction for me and I would like to explore more of this beautiful country in the near future. I felt secure in the fact that Go Russia paid attention to detail and no stone would be left upturned regarding scheduling and timings and, of course, processing of the visa.
The tour guides, especially Tatiana in St Petersburg, were excellent. Everything was really well timed and organised. Information and instructions were clear. Support with obtaining visa was really good. Everything was paid for. There were no hidden extras.
Small tour groups. Being able to see important sights and places in the time available. Having some free time to make our own way around. Tour Guides we had were excellent.
