We are very happy to have served thousands of happy customers who travelled with us.
What was good was that all the transfers worked well and we did not have to worry. The hotels were excellent.
The Transfers were excellent, the accommodation was superb, we had a wonderful time in Moscow and St Petersburg, thank you.
I never felt concerned about arrangements and all seemed to go smoothly once we were on the trip.
All the transport transfers worked seamlessly, which is what I was mostly concerned about (taxi hell at airport). The accommodation was excellent, very comfortable, very friendly, and at the Katerina City in particular excellent food.
The transfers to and from the hotels/railway station/airport were flawless. Staff and drivers were very prompt and courteous. I couldn't fault any aspect of the holiday whether it be the booking process or the representatives both here and in Russia. Very satisfied with how everything went and I wouldn't hesitate to use your company again.
having Go Russia book hotels and train, oversea visa application and provide transfers was invaluable.
The ability to have a independent tour was great and clear instructions beforehand
CB-14 was excellent for independent travellers. You perfectly took care of the difficult parts: organised the visas, transport, hotels and transfers while leaving us to explore the cities of Moscow and St Petersburg independently.
Quick and helpful responses to all our queries. Good accommodation - very central. Ability to offer a flexible trip so we could do our own thing. The overnight train was great fun - breakfast was included on the train too. Thank you - we had a fantastic trip that we will all remember for a long time.
We were on CB-14, so travelling fairly independently. However, the aspects that Go Russia were responsible for all went smoothly and the transfers were very punctual. So, well done.
